Family fitness at Next Generation week 4 

Week 4: we look at the benefits of the past three weeks + win a family membership

 

Here at SwindonWeb we know you can't put a price on health, well being and spending quality time with your family.

And at Next Generation family fitness is a huge part of their ethos.

So over the last four weeks we’ve been following the ‘Bailey Family’ who have just joined the Kembrey park gym to find out the benefits for the whole family.

 

"It's been fantastic we've really enjoyed it," commented Hannah, "we've thrown ourselves into the experience and realised how many ways there are to get fit."
